Mr. Paresh P. Thaker – Managing Director

A Civil Engineer with vision, determination and the dogged perseverance to realize his dreams. A veteran and yet a constant learner, his advice is extremely sought after in the industry. His vision & leadership skills are the key factors in motivating & guiding a team of dedicated Managers & Engineers to achieve excellence in workmanship & timely completion of real estate projects. His principles of always keeping customers first have brought immense confidence in the brand Buildquick.

Mr. Sunil K. Patel – Chairman

A dreamer with a difference, an amalgam of love for nature with passion for technology, he marches to a different drummer. He has been a leading force in assuring healthy financial state of the organization. He handles every aspect of financial dealings related to Cash Flows, Payment Follow ups with Clients and Co-ordination with Bankers. His financial astuteness has greatly contributed to the continues growth of the company.

Mr. J. B. Desai – General Manager (Technical)

Mr. J. B. Desai joined Buildquick Infrastructure in 1999. He brings to Buildquick more than 40 years of experience in Design and construction. As a General Manager (Technical), he oversees the technical, structural designing, Procurement, legal & financial aspect of tendering & project execution. He is a man of few words, but a passionate fuel of Buildquick, he heads the Technical Department. His professional attitude and vast experience add new dimensions to the organization..

Mr. M.M. Patel – General Manager (Projects)

Mr. Mahendra Patel, PR personified, he is the face of Buildquick with the authorities. Fun loving at heart – with a tough exterior, he shoulders the responsibility of the law & land with experience of more than two decades, plays an integral role in the Company’s corporate finance including costing and estimation of the project. And as a General Manager (Projects) he is also responsible for the operations at the construction sites of all projects along with supervision of workforce and technical requirements of the engineers. His hard work and dedication has provided immense strength to the company.

Mr. Mahesh K. Patel – Project Manager

Mahesh Patel is very senior person in company, who is very calm by nature. He has extensive experience of over 25 years in this industry. His ability to motivate team continuously to achieve difficult objectives; makes him successful leader. He has proven ability to achieve demanded quality standard by clients. Under his leadership Buildquick had completed numbers of projects.

 

Mr. Vishal Pancholi – Project Manager

Tough task master, Vishal Pancholi is most punctual and an in-house technical genius; who knows well how to accomplish the projects in-time. With 20 years of comprehensive experience in the project management, he leads the team in a disciplined manner and inspires the team by hardworking. To solve bottleneck; he chooses very bold decisions in favor of company without compromising client’s interest.

 

Mr. Ganpat Rathod – Project Manager

Ganpat Rathod has been with Buildquick since 1996; during his job tenure he proves himself as a good leader who always gets the best out of his team. Under his leadership company executed one of the best residential projects of City. He has great ability to utilize available resource very cost effective way. Retail customers felt themselves lucky by getting exceptional product and after sales service which hardly need any second eye once project was done.
